MyPedometerApp is an activity tracker application designed to help users monitor their daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly step count and additional vital health information through Apple HealthKit:

What is a Pedometer: A pedometer is a portable device that records each step taken by an individual by detecting movement from their hands or hips. Ensure that you carry your iPhone with you as you move, preferably in a pocket near your hips.

MyPedometerApp can assist in maintaining fitness and/or achieving weight loss goals. Step counters can serve as motivation to challenge oneself to stay fit and shed extra pounds.
