MyPedometerApp is an activity tracker application designed to help users monitor their daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly step count and additional vital health information through Apple HealthKit:

The app now offers support for Widgets, enhancing its functionality.

What is a Pedometer: A pedometer is a portable device that records each step taken by an individual by detecting movement from their hands or hips. Ensure that you carry your iPhone with you as you move, preferably in a pocket near your hips.

MyPedometerApp can assist in maintaining fitness and/or achieving weight loss goals. Step counters can serve as motivation to challenge oneself to stay fit and shed extra pounds. Some suggest that reaching 10,000 steps per day, equivalent to 8 kilometers (5.0 mi), is an indicator of an active lifestyle.

Battery Efficiency: MyPedometerApp solely relies on built-in sensors to track steps and other health data. By excluding GPS tracking, the app minimizes battery consumption significantly.
